For the past 15 years, Latashia spearheads operations at the Los Angeles-based DeVeaux Agency, DeVeaux Media Group (DMG) and its parent company, DeVeauxted Enterprises, Inc., where she oversees an ever-expanding list of clients.  Responsible for operations, content development, financial and business transactions, and outreach and publicity logistics for the firm’s political officials, nonprofit, consumer brand, and sports/film/television clients.

Other areas of interest to note is DeVeaux’s career where she held positions as a Music Coordinator/Assistant Music Supervisor on two feature film soundtracks as well as stints with Rogers & Cowan, William Morris Endeavor, Disney, Black Entertainment Television (BET), Universal Studios Home Entertainment, Universal Music Group, and the burgeoning startup HopSkipDrive.

Switching gears, DeVeaux served as an Associate Producer on 11-04-08: The Day of Change for Starz Entertainment, a documentary that recorded famous actors as they relived a historical day in America – the election of President Barack Obama and executive produced celebrity-driven PSA's for Million Trees Los Angeles and Kaiser Foundation & Black AIDS Institute Greater Than AIDS and Test 1 Million campaigns.  At the same time, Latashia co-produced the United States Tennis Association’s annual summer event to support the organization’s diversity initiative.

The success of the program caught the attention of the league's (BIG3) executives, which eventually lead them to launch Young3 with Adidas Basketball to teach youth around the globe the importance of healthy eating and sportsmanship.

Summer 2018, an opportunity of a lifetime fell in Latashia's lap. She spent the next 12 months brokering a deal with the United States Armed Forces Entertainment (US AFCENT) and executed the first-ever BIG3 and WNBA Middle East Tour to visit the troops across four countries.
